Fahad Asam is the Head of Trading at One River Asset Management and a member of the investment team. He is responsible for trading and execution across major asset classes, including Delta One and volatility strategies, and serves on the firm’s Valuation Committee. In addition to his trading responsibilities, Fahad oversees the firm’s counterparty onboarding process, including the establishment of trading and clearing relationships, and supports the trading requirements associated with new fund launches. Prior to joining One River, Fahad was an Associate at Bridgewater Associates. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance and Economics, from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is also a Level II candidate in the CFA Program.
