Christian Jung is the Director of Risk Analytics and Operations at One River Switzerland. Prior to joining One River, Mr. Jung was an Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners, where he was responsible for risk management of the Quantitative Investment Strategies team. Before LGT, Mr. Jung was a Senior Risk Manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he developed and implemented various risk measurements and monitoring frameworks for the bank's treasury and proprietary trading groups, as well as for liquid alternative multi-manager portfolios. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Jung gained several years of buy-side research and due diligence experience, with a focus on risk management techniques, approaches and infrastructures for hedge funds globally. He also worked as a Senior Hedge Fund Analyst, Senior Investment Risk Manager and Market Risk Manager. Before joining Credit Suisse in 2000, he was an ALM analyst at Zürcher Kantonalbank in Zürich. Mr. Jung holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is an academic lecturer in Alternative Investment Strategies at Zurich University and is fluent in English, German and French.
